Hi, I’m Kaylie Speed, Senior Community Manager and Regional Director of Kern County. With over 10 years of experience in community management, I’m motivated by great teams, meaningful goals, and the satisfaction that comes from seeing hard work pay off. Deadlines don’t scare me—they push me to do my best and keep projects moving forward.

For me, success means earning positive feedback from both the communities I manage and the incredible team I work alongside. Balancing work and motherhood with two beautiful daughters keeps me grounded and focused, reminding me daily how important it is to lead with care, communication, and balance.
